Pro Kapital: Changes in Audit Committee of AS Pro Kapital Grupp

AS Pro Kapital Grupp informs its shareholders about new compsition of Audit Committee of the company. Due to changes in the Council in July, new members of Audit Committee have been elected.

As of November 2023, Oscar Crameri and Patrick Werner are the members of Audit Committee of AS Pro Kapital Grupp.
