According to the Statistics Estonia, a total of 2449 non-residential spaces have received construction permits in Estonia in 2010.
Compared to the previous year, the number of construction permits decreased by 11%. Year-on-year, this is the fourth consecutive drop, following a five-year growth trend.
The floor area of non-residential spaces that received construction permits has decreased even more, by 29%. In 2010, construction permits have been issued for 582 000 m2 worth of non-residential space.
